How it works
Five steps from the wigs and bundles in your drawer to money in your account.

Get a free quote
Tell us whether it is a wig or a bundle, how long it is and how many pieces you are sending. Your price is on screen straight away, taken from our published price list.

Receive your shipping label
Accept the quote, pay the shipping fee by card (from $9.99, depending on how much you send), and we email a prepaid label with a tracking number. The fee is refunded in full when we buy your hair or the order is cancelled. If you decline a revised offer, it pays for sending your hair back.

Send us your hair
Put every piece in a sealed plastic bag inside a padded envelope or box. One label covers the whole shipment, so send everything together. Drop it at any carrier location.

We check and confirm
Our graders measure every piece and count them. If they match what you selected, your original quote stands.

Get paid
Choose PayPal or Zelle when you place your order. Once your hair has been checked and the amount is confirmed, we send your payment.
What if the grading does not match?
If a piece measures shorter than you selected, or a wig turns out to be loose wefts, we reprice it against the same published list and send you a revised offer with the inspector's notes. You can accept it, or decline it and we ship your hair back to you; the shipping fee pays for the return postage. Nothing is paid or kept without your say-so.
Your quote is locked for 24 hours. After that, request a fresh one, prices move with the market.
